2022 Workshop Cashbacks

(Applicable To All Promotion Cashback Claims)

This special promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is available when EACH OF THE following CRITERIA is met:

  • Purchase is made of any of the products listed on this website under (the “Promotional Products – Live Stream Workshop / Workshop Cashbacks”).
  • Purchase is made within the Republic of South Africa from one of Premium Brand Distributors’ Participating Retailers listed on this website under (the “Participating Retailers”).
  • Purchase transaction took place between LIVE STREAM / WORKSHOP DATE and 15 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER WORKSHOP DATE.
  • A valid Promotion Claim was submitted between the WORKSHOP DATE and 15 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER WORKSHOP DATE. No claims will be accepted before or after this date regardless of the type of product(s) the Participant is claiming for.
  • Eligible Live Stream / Workshop Attendees are required to provide the following documents to claim the discount:
      • Unique Live Stream / Workshop Promotional Code (The unique live stream / workshop code given to you for your claim).
  • Promotion Claim has not been made on any products which have been returned to a Retailer for refund. Should you return your product to a Retailer, you are required to notify [email protected].
  • The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Promotion and there is no Credit, Cash or Product alternative to the payment of a Cash Back.

All other products and Retailers which are not included under Promotional Products or Participating Retailers are excluded from this Promotion.

This Cash Back Promotion is only available on Premium Brand Distributors qualifying products which have been supplied and distributed by Premium Brand Distributors to its Participating Retailers within the Republic of South Africa.  It is recommended that the Participant check with their Retailer before purchase to ensure that your purchase qualifies under these Terms and Conditions.

The Participant can also check on the www.cashbacks.co.za website for details of Participating Retailers. Premium Brand Distributors is not responsible for a Retailer’s misleading statements in this respect and the final decision as to whether a Retailer is authorised rests with Premium Brands Distributors.

All Participants who would like to participate in this Promotion are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

For Participants to complete their Promotion Claim, they will be required to include the following information, not limited to, electronically:

  • Serial Number of the product(s) purchased,
  • Photograph of the Serial Number on the product itself,
  • A copy of your original printed SALES RECEIPT/SALES INVOICE (NOT AN ORDER CONFIRMATION) which clearly shows the name of the Retailer, the product name and date of purchase.

Participants must submit their Promotion Claim, which meets the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, online at the following URL: www.cashbacks.co.za. Should the Participant experience problems submitting their Promotion Claim, they can alternatively submit their claim by email, with all the relevant documentation, to: [email protected].

All instructions given within the Promotion Claim Form are part of these Terms and Conditions.

For Participants to make use of this website, it is necessary for the Participant to have access to the internet with broadband speed and download/upload capability in order to complete the Promotion Claim Form.

Premium Brand Distributors will not be held liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or internet connection issues which prevent or otherwise obstruct you from participating in this Promotion. The Participant should note that there may be additional fees imposed by a Participant’s Internet Service Provider depending on their terms and conditions of internet use.

Personal information which you supply will be processed by Premium Brand Distributors and its Third Party Service Provider for the purposes of administering this promotion. Premium Brand Distributors may share information with authorised Premium Brand Distributors dealers, where necessary, in order to verify claims and prevent fraudulent claims.

In the event of an incomplete claim, the participant will be informed via email and he/she will be given a deadline of 10 (ten) calendar days in which to resolve any issues as well as sending the valid documents which meet the requirements for this Promotion.

Premium Brand Distributors will endeavour to transfer via Direct Bank Transfer, to the respective South African Bank Account, within 4-6 weeks of receipt of a complete and valid claim. Claimants will have their Cash Back paid in South African Rands. Funds will not be paid to a Bank Account which is not an official South African Bank Account and where the account does not belong to the person who made the purchase. Claims are not transferrable and must be submitted by the person responsible for the purchase.

Premium Brand Distributors reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse payment of the Cashback:

  • Where Premium Brand Distributors suspect that a Promotion Claim under this Promotion is false or fraudulent or the claim does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Where an individual has submitted a Promotion Claim under a previous promotion which was fraudulent or otherwise in breach of terms of such promotion.

Products which meet any of the following criteria will not qualify under this promotion:

  • Product was purchased from a Non-Participating Retailer which is not listed on the Participating Retailer section of the website.
  • Product is not a Promotional Product as defined on the Promotional Product section of the website.
  • Product where the Participant returns the listed Claim Purchased Product to the retailer and receives a full refund on or after submission of the Participant’s Claim.
  • Purchases of Second-Hand products.
  • Purchases of Refurbished products.
  • Purchases of Reconditioned Products
  • Products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of Premium Brand Distributors (for example, including but not limited to parallel or “grey” products).

Participants have an option to opt-out of receive Marketing Communication from Premium Brand Distributors.  If Participants do not wish for their contact information to be used for marketing purposes or for future communication regarding similar promotions, they should NOT check the relevant “Subscribe to our email communication.” box when completing the Promotion Claim Form.
