The following MUST BE attached to your EMAILED CLAIM, else your claim start process cannot be initiated.
- Copy of BANK VERIFICATION LETTER.
- Copy of your original printed SALES RECEIPT/SALES INVOICE.
- Should not be your order confirmation.
- Should clearly show Retailer Name, Product Name, Purchase Date, Product Serial Numbers.
Claim pay-out may take 4-6 weeks from the completion of claim verification process.
